Being happy is a very personal feeling. However, there are some things that are central to our happiness and seem to work the same way for everyone
, regardless of individual
differences.
The most important of these are certainly the people around us who bring us joy and provide support when we’re not feeling our best.
But we also need a cozy home where we can retreat and recharge our energy.
In times of instability and upheaval, our own home becomes increasingly important, and we long for natural and authentic materials such as wool, real wood, stone, ceramics, felt, copper, or other non-ferrous metals, along with earthy tones.

It is precisely this atmosphere that the Scandinavian style embodies with its wonderful materials, which transport us on a journey and evoke a sense of sensuality and both tactile and visual warmth.
Much of what was considered fringe until recently is now an absolute must-have and spreads like wildfire through social media.
People are draping blankets over their sofas again, and our windowsills are adorned with rough-hewn ceramic vases featuring glaze that flows down in irregular, drip-like streaks.
Mixing different materials is encouraged, and even Grandma’s dusty plants or enameled tableware are making a comeback in our living rooms and kitchens.
Textile patterns are knitted and woven to create an eclectic and relaxed atmosphere. After all, stylistic rules are no longer as relevant today and are viewed more as recommendations.
Things can finally be thrown together, as long as they hold emotional value for us and can be seamlessly integrated into our existing collection of objects—what we call our home.
These different materials give us a sense of security and symbolize warmth and durability. Our home becomes a personal cocoon where we can recharge our energy and withdraw from the world, only to re-enter it, recharged and ready to change it…
Today, we’ve gained new possibilities within our own homes. At last, “having” is no longer quite as important as “being.” Objects with meaning make us feel good
, and—fortunately—status symbols are taking a back seat.
Boost your well-being at home
. It doesn’t always take a lot of new things to transform an apartment into a home. Carefully selected furniture and accessoriesthat suit your taste, accented with a few personal treasures from your past, can already make all the difference. Good luck!
