Shipment

Package delivery:

• Shipping costs for parcel shipments up to CHF 100.00 : CHF 12
• Shipping costs for parcel shipments worth more than CHF 100.00: free

Deliveries of freight forwarding goods (curbside delivery)

• Shipping costs for shipments up to CHF 500.00 : Between CHF 59.00 and CHF 79.00 (depending on size)
• Shipping costs for shipments between CHF 500.00 and CHF 800.00: Between CHF 39.00 and CHF 59.00 (depending on size)
• Shipping costs for shipments via CHF 800.00: Free

Delivery to the point of use (into the desired room):

• Shipping costs for shipments up to CHF 500.00 : Between CHF 125.00 and CHF 135.00 (depending on size)
• Shipping costs for shipments between CHF 500.00 and CHF 800.00: Between CHF 109 and CHF 120.00 (depending on size)
• Shipping costs for shipments via CHF 800.00: Between CHF 70 and CHF 80.00 (depending on size)

Delivery is carried out by two people. If the weight per package exceeds 100 kg, additional people will need to be called in. These costs are to be paid by the customer. 

Assembly services:

We offer assembly services for the following product types: Tables, beds, sofas, sofa beds, chairs, armchairs, benches, cabinets, sideboards, wardrobes

No wall or ceiling mounting takes place.

Assembly services are charged at a flat rate depending on the product. Should the assembly time exceed 1 hour, the actual costs will be charged.CHF 60.00 per 15 min. for a 2 person service team).

If the weight per package exceeds 100 kg, additional personnel will be required. These costs are to be borne by the customer.

Return policy:

Returns are charged at a flat rate depending on the product. The calculation of return costs is based on the ordered product. If the returned item differs significantly from the product type or dimensions of the ordered item, different rates apply. The product is also expected to be disassembled. Any disassembly costs will be charged separately.

Further

a) Deposit:

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the products will be left at your front door, entrance, or reception. Responsibility for the delivered products transfers to you upon delivery, even if you are not present.

b) Partial delivery:

We can make partial deliveries upon request. The additional costs will be passed on.

c) Individual installations:

We would be happy to create a customized offer for specific needs that do not correspond to the standard approach.

d) Shipping from multiple locations:

If orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouses, double shipping fees may apply.

e) Delivery and assembly of goods shipped by freight carrier:

If delivery to the user's address is agreed upon, it is generally made to the curb of the property.This means that the delivery driver will unload the goods at the curb at the specified address. This could be on the sidewalk in front of the house, or in some cases, at the entrance to a driveway. Delivery is made by truck by one person.

If assembly or delivery to the premises has been agreed upon, this will only take place to the extent that local and structural conditions allow it with reasonable effort. These deliveries will be made by two people.

Deliveries will only be made in the presence of an adult. If the customer is not present at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery and installation date, or refuses acceptance, a new delivery and installation date will be communicated to them as soon as possible. KAQTU is entitled in this case to charge a processing fee of CHF 100.00 plus the costs for each additional delivery or journey by the service partner will be invoiced separately.
