Hyg Chair Black Oak

Hyg Chair Black Oak/White by Normann Copenhagen

Discover the unique Hyg chair in black oak/white from Normann Copenhagen, a MeisterA work of Danish design that perfectly combines comfort and aesthetics. This chair is part of the renowned Hyg series, designed by Simon Legald and inspired by the Danish philosophy of Hygge.

A design inspired by hygge

The Hyg series was launched in 2018 and originally comprised a two-seater sofa, an armchair, and a footstool. In 2020, the series was expanded to include the Hyg chair and a bar stool. These new models retain the characteristic features of the lounge series: organic curves and inviting shapes that ensure exceptional comfort.

Perfect for dining and lounge areas

The Hyg chair is not just a piece of furniture, but an experience. It was designed to convey a feeling of security, warmth, and comfort – the essence of hygge. Simon Legald explains: “People sitting together, having deep conversations, and eating together – that, for me, is the epitome of hygge.”

High-quality materials and workmanship

The Hyg chair consists of a high-strength polypropylene shell, mounted to a black oak wooden base with four screws and cups. This combination of robust materials and thoughtful design ensures durability and stability. The chair arrives fully assembled, so you can use it immediately.

A chair for every room

Whether in the dining room, office, or lounge area, the Hyg chair blends seamlessly into any environment, creating an atmosphere of comfort and style. Its inviting, organic curves and carefully selected materials make it a highlight in any room.
