The Atlas 150 Classic isn't just suitable for pasta. You can also use it to make dough for piadina, Arabic bread, ramen, udon, spring rolls, or even sweet dishes like fondant, strudel, or baklava. The machine is made of robust material and is designed for a long service life.
The pasta machine is not waterproof and should therefore only be cleaned with a cloth and brush. The removable combs allow for thorough cleaning, keeping your machine hygienic at all times.
