The blade of the MIYABI The 6000 MCT Santoku is made from an SG2 microcarbide powder steel core with a Tsuchime finish. This hand-hammered finish prevents food from sticking and gives the knife a unique look. The CRYODUR® blades are refined using a special ice-hardening process, giving them exceptional sharpness and durability.

The knife's handle is made of high-quality cocobolo rosewood and pakkawood and features a D-shape that adapts perfectly to the hand.
