The MIYABI 6000 MCT Santoku knife, with a 14 cm blade, is a masterpiece of Japanese knife-making. The blade of the MIYABI 6000 MCT Santoku features an SG2 microcarbide powder steel core with a Tsuchime finish. This hand-hammered finish prevents food from sticking and gives the knife a unique look. The CRYODUR® blades undergo a special ice-hardening process, resulting in exceptional sharpness and durability.
The knife handle is made of high-quality cocobolo rosewood and pakkawood and features a D-shape that fits perfectly in the hand. This allows for fatigue-free work, even during extended cutting tasks. Refined details such as brass and red spacers, a mosaic pen, and a stainless steel end cap complete the elegant design.
