Grill replacement part: Bstrd ceramic grill heat shield L 59.3x39.3 cm 2-piece set by Bstrd

The Bstrd ceramic grill heat shield (59.3 x 39.3 cm, 2-piece set) is a replacement grill part made of solid cast iron for even heat distribution in ceramic grills. It is precisely manufactured to fit Bstrd Large and Large Pro ceramic grills and supports indirect grilling and cooking at low temperatures.

material & design

The black heat shield is made of solid cast iron with high thermal mass. It stores heat and remains dimensionally stable even at high temperatures, ensuring a long service life. The surface is durable.

function & handling

The two-part design makes insertion and removal easy: simply place both halves precisely into the holder under the deflector stone or the Dynamic Twist Deflector. The central opening allows air and heat to circulate evenly – for a constant temperature and consistent cooking results.

Mission & combination

The heat shield is used when grilling at low heat and with patience: insert it, set up the grill for indirect cooking, and let the heat do its work. You can find further accessories in the...
