BSTRD ceramic grill PRO L Complete Alpine Green

Bstrd PRO L Complete Alpine Green charcoal grill and ceramic grill

The Bstrd PRO L Complete ceramic charcoal grill in Alpine Green is a ceramic grill for charcoal. It allows for low-temperature cooking, smoking, baking, and direct and indirect grilling from approximately 80°C to over 325°C. The calming green color complements patios and gardens.

design & material

The solid housing made of heat-resistant cordierite ceramic provides excellent heat insulation and ensures even temperature distribution. The two-piece ceramic firebox retains heat better and reduces stress cracking. The handle and hinges, made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, are designed for high durability.

comfort & function

The cast iron lid vent with silicone slider and the double ventilation slider allow for precise temperature control. The cast iron Dynamic Twist Deflector quickly switches between direct and indirect grilling: sear steaks over high heat, then finish cooking them indirectly. The flat lid thermometer offers a clear reading with minimal condensation. The grill grate system, charcoal basket, and ash pan are made of stainless steel.
