A design inspired by classic Arcarchitecture

The design of the Colu Basket is inspired by the timeless elegance of Roman columns. The rhythmic repetition of hollowed arches, which seamlessly transition into the integrated handles, gives the basket a unique aesthetic. Baptiste Vandaele explains: "With Colu, I wanted to challenge fundamental forms, imbuing them with a sense of rhythm and tactility while maintaining practicality."

Colu Basket is made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) felt, made from used plastic bottles that are extruded into soft fibers and pressed into a felt material.

We recommend using professional cleaning products to clean the PET felt surface. However, we recommend testing these cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first. To avoid damage to the material, it is recommended to keep the product away from heat sources such as heaters, fireplaces, and hair dryers.
