The GASTROLUX EVO Induction High Frying Pan, 28 cm diameter, is a versatile frying pan and practical grill pan for everyday use in the modern kitchen. It combines innovative coating technology with a robust, durable construction, making it ideal for anyone who values healthy, efficient, and sustainable cooking. Thanks to the high-quality ceramic-based nonstick coating with organic minerals, pan-fried dishes can be prepared gently and evenly with minimal added fat.
Made from recycled aluminum, this cookware ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The 8-mm-thick, warp-resistant base ensures excellent heat conduction and retention and remains permanently flat even during sudden temperature changes. This makes the pan perfect for searing, gentle cooking, and versatile recipes with consistent results. The PFAS-free coating is free of PTFE, PFOA, and PFOS and offers high scratch and abrasion resistance for long-term use.
: Ergonomic handles ensure safe, comfortable handling in everyday use. The pan is suitable for induction cooktops as well as electric, gas, and ceramic cooktops. It is also oven-safe up to 260°C. The solid handle is attached without screws or rivets, further enhancing stability. For even more flexibility, matching accessories are available, including the removable handle 130228.1000, which offers additional uses depending on the model.

We recommend the Pyrex glass lid, 28 cm diameter (110970.0280), as well as the Deluxe glass lid, 28 cm diameter (130229.0280). This expands the uses of your frying pan and offers greater convenience when braising, steaming, and frying.

The EVO Induction High Frying Pan impresses with its high resistance and durability. It is oven-safe up to 260°C and features a particularly scratch- and abrasion-resistant surface. The PFAS-free coating ensures health-conscious food preparation. Thanks to its thermal shock-resistant properties, the pan can withstand sudden temperature fluctuations without damage. Even immersion in cold water from high heat does not affect the material structure. The warp-free base remains permanently flat and ensures even heat distribution.
