Design and inspiration

Simon Legald launched the Hyg series in 2018, originally consisting of a two-seater sofa, armchairs, and a footstool. In 2020, the series was expanded to include a chair and a barstool, retaining the lounge series' signature organic curves and exceptional comfort. The Hyg barstool is a perfect example of this design philosophy, which aims to create intimate and cozy spaces.

Materials and workmanship

The Hyg bar stool consists of a molded polypropylene seat shell, which is attached to a sturdy steel frame with four screws and caps.
