Linka Sofa by Mdd – modular seating system for versatile spaces

The Linka sofa is designed to meet changing needs. Its segments can be combined in any way, creating arrangements that adapt to the requirements of the moment and the existing decor. The deep seat and additional soft cushions on the backrest invite comfortable sitting and relaxation, giving the sofa a cozy character. Linka is suitable for public and semi-public spaces such as lounge areas in offices or hotel lobbies, as well as for the home living room.

Construction and materials

The armrests and backrest consist of a frame made of engineered wood (particleboard, plywood, MDF) with upholstered 33 kg/m³ density foam. The seat has a frame made of raw board, also upholstered with 33 kg/m³ density foam. The sides are made of powder-coated steel with a rectangular profile of 30 x 15 mm and a round profile of Ø30 mm. The back cushion is filled with a mixture of 25% fiber and 75% silicone cord (1 kg) and completely covered with 100 g/m² wadding. The small cushion contains the same filling mixture (0.43 kg). The maximum load capacity is 120 kg per seat. Linka is manufactured in Poland, within the European Union.

Colors

The seat is in dark beige (VC-0233), the backrest in red.braun (A-61272), the cushions also in dark beige (VC-0233) and the frame in Braun Semi-matt (RAL 1019).

Modularity and versatility

Linka's modular design allows for free configuration of the sofa and adaptation of the arrangement to your needs and room layout. The movable back cushions also make cleaning easier. Thanks to the aesthetically designed back, you can even place the sofa in the middle of a room. Once assembled, the arrangement can be changed at any time, making Linka flexible enough to adapt to new needs and room layouts. Combine the sofa with an armchair or ottoman from the same collection for a cohesive look. Linka is suitable for lounge areas, hotel lobbies, waiting rooms, reception areas, libraries, shopping centers, apartments, and other private and public spaces.
