The pan is cast in one piece and can therefore be used in the oven, on the grill or smoker, and over an open fire. Cleaning and care of the cast iron cookware is extremely easy. After use, simply clean the cookware with hot water (no detergent) and a brush and dry it. Then simply rub the cookware with a little vegetable oil. Weight approx. 2.6 kg, made of cast iron.
