This furniture was treated with oil before leaving the factory. The oil penetration is deeper in some places than in others. To ensure that the furniture retains its color, we recommend oiling it at the end of the first garden season. Clean the furniture, sand it with very fine sandpaper (240) if necessary, and then use a cloth to apply a thin layer of oil. This process should be repeated every year, just before the furniture is placed in the garden in summer. The furniture should not be stored in a damp place, as this can cause mold. For winter storage, the furniture should not be stored in a centrally heated area, as this can dry out the wood, leading to shrinkage and cracking.
