Ammoniakhaltige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel sind für lackierte Oberflächen weniger geeignet, da sowohl Aceton als auch Verdünner und Spiritus den Lack anlösen können. Getränke wie Erfrischungsgetränke, Rotwein und Kaffee enthalten Pigmente, auf die weiße Farbe besonders empfindlich reagiert.
