The STÄDTER Gugelhupf pan is heat-resistant up to 250 °C and free of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals (PFAS). It’s ideal for classic sponge cakes, delicate chocolate cakes, or fruity variations made with fresh ingredients. If you want to achieve even better baking results, you can use the mold with the matching 138554 Baking Release Spray (200 ml). This makes greasing the mold even easier and ensures the cake comes out of the mold cleanly.
