Steinel IS 130-2 anthracite motion detector

The Steinel IS 130-2 anthracite motion detector is a compact infrared motion detector for house walls, entrances, patios, or driveways. It detects movement within a 130° angle and up to a distance of 12 meters. This means the light will switch on when you approach the front door with shopping bags in your hands.

Set up targeted data collection

The sensor can be swivelled 50° horizontally and 90° vertically. The included cover plates allow you to adjust the detection range and, for example, exclude the sidewalk. 260 switching zones with creep zone protection and segment-by-segment masking assist you in this. The optimal mounting height is 2 m, with a maximum of 3 m possible.

Time and twilight controlled via potentiometer

You can continuously adjust the illumination duration from 8 seconds to 35 minutes, and the twilight threshold from 2 to 2000 lux. This way, the light only comes on when you need it. The sensor switches up to 600 W and is compatible with LED, halogen, and fluorescent lamps. Up to four LED lights can be connected. Multiple sensors can be networked via cable in master/master mode.

Material and use

The housing is made of UV-resistant plastic in anthracite (RAL 7016) and has an IP54 protection rating. Therefore, you can use the detector both indoors and outdoors.
