The NightMatic 2000 twilight switch from Steinel automatically controls your outdoor lighting: it switches the light on at dusk and off again at dawn. You can set the switching point between 2 and 30 lux using the potentiometer. This way, the light stays on in the evening without you having to think about it.

function & comfort

A light sensor detects the ambient brightness. With the adjustable twilight value, you decide whether the lighting switches on early or only when it gets darker. Try out the value one evening and adjust it at B.edaThe power consumption is only 0.8 W. Several switches can be networked via cable in master/master mode.

Connection & Resilience

The switching output can handle a 1000 W resistive load. You can connect up to 4 LED or fluorescent lamps. The capacitive load is up to 88 µF, and uncompensated fluorescent lamps up to 500 VA are possible. The mains connection is 230–240 V/50 Hz.

Assembly & Mission

The switch is surface-mounted on the wall; mounting hardware is included. With IP54 protection and a temperature range of -20 to 50 °C, it can be used year-round.
