The Valde LAV191L is a modular reception desk from .mdd’s “Empfangsdesk” collection and stands out with its modern character, clean lines, and dynamic design. It was developed specifically to meet the requirements of contemporary reception areas and combines glass, aluminum, and high-quality glossy laminates to create an elegant overall look that visually enhances the space without overwhelming it. The color scheme—featuring Pastel White for the tabletop and Matte Prussian Blue NCS S7020-R90B on the front—conveys a professional, prestigious look and underscores the cleanliness and sterility of the reception area. Thanks to its modular design, the counter can be flexibly adapted to different room layouts and workflows.

Flexible Configuration for Customized Space Solutions

Whether it’s a straight reception counter, a corner configuration, a semicircular design, or an irregular shape: Valde offers numerous design options for office and service areas. The modular design allows reception areas to be planned to suit the size of the space, visitor flow, and functional requirements. Particularly practical is the option to integrate an overhanging countertop, which makes the reception desk more accessible for people with disabilities. This makes Valde not only a visual statement but also a well-thought-out solution for an inclusive reception area.

High-Quality Materials and Functional Details

The reception counter combines a robust construction with a high-quality surface finish. The top panel consists of a 36-mm melamine panel plus 4-mm LACOBEL glass , resulting in a total thickness of 40 mm. The countertop is made of 28 mm melamine board with 2 mm ABS edging . Glossy HPL fronts, , a base in brushed aluminum, and horizontal aluminum strips give the counter its dynamic and sophisticated character. Continuouswhite LED lighting with a cool color temperature elegantly highlights the reception area and discreetly draws attention to the counter.
